We typically can take a look at your equipment the same day you bring it in. For minor issues, we often complete repairs within 1-2 days. More complex repairs may take 3-5 days depending on parts availability. We'll give you an estimated timeline when we see your machine.
Yes! We provide free verbal estimates over the phone for common issues. For equipment you bring to our shop, we offer a diagnostic service ($99) that is waived if you proceed with the repair. This gives us time to thoroughly examine your machine and provide a detailed written estimate.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Payment is due upon pickup of your equipment. We can also provide receipts with detailed breakdowns for warranty claims or insurance purposes.
We do offer local pickup and delivery within our service area (approximately 20 miles from Zumbrota). There's a small fee based on distance. For commercial accounts or larger equipment like riding mowers, we may be able to arrange transport for a quote. Give us a call to discuss your needs!
