Fresh oil is essential for engine health. Change oil at the start of each season and every 25-50 hours of use. Dirty oil causes wear and overheating.
Keep Blades Sharp
Dull blades tear grass rather than cutting it cleanly. This stresses the grass and makes your mower work harder. Sharpen blades every 10-15 hours of operation.
Fresh Fuel Matters
Old gasoline causes starting problems and carburetor issues. Use fresh fuel with ethanol content of 10% or less, and add fuel stabilizer for winter storage.
