2. Service Descriptions
Duane's Repair Service provides small engine repair and maintenance services. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services, but we do not warrant that the descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. All services are subject to availability.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are approximations based on our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required. We will always provide a written estimate before proceeding with any repair work exceeding the initial estimate by more than 15%.
4. Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor for repairs completed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or damage from external causes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment and the issues they are experiencing. Customers must retrieve their equipment within 30 days of notification that repairs are complete. Storage fees may apply after 30 days.
6. Limitation of Liability
Duane's Repair Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Duane's Repair Service and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Goodhue County, Minnesota.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
