John Deere X580 Restoration
This 2018 John Deere came in with a blown transmission and worn-out deck. We completely rebuilt the hydrostatic transmission, replaced all deck belts and pulleys, sharpened the blades, and gave the whole machine a detailed cleaning. Customer reported it runs like new!
Project: Transmission RebuildHonda EU7000 Generator Service
Commercial contractor brought in this inverter generator that wouldn't start after sitting through winter. We performed complete winterization reversal service, replaced the spark plug and air filter, cleaned the carburetor, and tested the output. Generator is now ready for job site use.
Project: Full MaintenanceBriggs Engine Overhaul
Classic Briggs & Stratton engine from an old riding mower with low compression and excessive oil consumption. We performed a complete top-end overhaul including new pistons, rings, valves, and seals. Engine now runs strong and burns clean.
Project: Engine RebuildToro Snow Thrower Revival
Customer's snow blower wouldn't start in October—perfect timing for a pre-season checkup! We found a corroded spark plug wire, dirty carburetor, and worn shear pins. Replaced all wear items and gave it a full tune-up. Ready for winter!
