1. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repair work and pickup of equipment. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. For commercial accounts, payment terms may vary based on credit approval.
2. Diagnostic Fee
We charge a diagnostic fee of $99 for equipment that requires assessment. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair work. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover our technician's time and expertise in identifying the issue.
3. Warranty Claims
If a repair fails within our 90-day warranty period due to our workmanship or defective parts, we will correct the issue at no additional charge. To make a warranty claim, please bring your equipment back to our shop along with your original receipt.
4. Parts Returns
Special order parts cannot be returned or refunded. Standard parts may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in original packaging and have not been installed. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
5. Equipment Pickup
Equipment must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. After 30 days, storage fees of $10 per day may apply. After 90 days, unclaimed equipment may be sold to cover storage costs.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a scheduled repair before work begins, there is no charge. If work has already commenced, you may be responsible for the cost of any parts already ordered and any labor already performed.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a repair or billing, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
