Service Refunds

Before Work Begins

If you decide not to proceed with a repair after receiving an estimate, there is no charge and no refund is applicable as no work has been performed.

During Repair Process

If you choose to cancel a repair in progress:

  • You will be charged only for work completed up to that point
  • A detailed breakdown of charges will be provided
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded
  • No additional cancellation fees apply

After Service Completion

For completed repairs, refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • The repair did not fix the reported problem
  • Our work was performed below industry standards
  • We agreed to waive all or part of the charge
  • There was a billing error or miscommunication

Parts and Materials

Defective Parts

If a part we installed fails due to defects within the warranty period:

  • We will replace the part at no charge
  • Labor to replace the defective part is included
  • Warranty coverage varies by part type and manufacturer
  • Original warranty terms apply

Customer-Supplied Parts

For repairs using customer-supplied parts:

  • We cannot refund for parts that were defective when provided
  • Customer is responsible for part compatibility and quality
  • Labor charges for part replacement may apply

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at (507) 732-5173 within 30 days of service completion
  2. Explain the reason for your refund request
  3. Provide your service receipt or invoice number
  4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Check payments: Check refund
  • Credit card payments: Credit to original card
