Before Work Begins
If you decide not to proceed with a repair after receiving an estimate, there is no charge and no refund is applicable as no work has been performed.
During Repair Process
If you choose to cancel a repair in progress:
- You will be charged only for work completed up to that point
- A detailed breakdown of charges will be provided
- Any remaining balance will be refunded
- No additional cancellation fees apply
After Service Completion
For completed repairs, refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- The repair did not fix the reported problem
- Our work was performed below industry standards
- We agreed to waive all or part of the charge
- There was a billing error or miscommunication
Parts and Materials
Defective Parts
If a part we installed fails due to defects within the warranty period:
- We will replace the part at no charge
- Labor to replace the defective part is included

Customer-Supplied Parts
For repairs using customer-supplied parts:
